Two gentlemen came to clean out my dryer ducts and exterior vent. They were early, respectful and my black lab liked them (excellent judge of character). They were efficient. Upon conclusion, I asked for guidance on cleaning my AC duct work. After hearing the status of my duct work, he said that I needed to have my ducts repaired before their service would be most effective. I appreciated the integrity. Too bad Ugly Duct doesn’t install duct work as I would have hired them on the spot to replace all of my duct work. In conclusion, I highly recommend and feel safe using my dryer.

The two young men came on time, explained the process, were very thorough, and very personable. They did an excellent job.

The two gentlemen were prompt, courteous and did a good job and vacuumed up after they cleaned the dryer vent. It was reassuring to know the vent line was completely lint free before I had a new dryer installed.

All 4 guys were professional, personable and helpful in explaining the process, keeping me informed of what they were doing and making some improvement to the systems and duct work. It was also surprisingly nice that we were not charged for one of the systems that they found was in good shape and did not need cleaning. They went above and beyond with their service and extra efforts.
